our top 13 reasons why we're crushing on Taylor...

1. she's crazy beautiful.

2. her hair ...uh-mazing.

3. we adore her style. she's totally girlie and she always has the cutest headbands and accessories.

4. even though she is totally girlie she's a still major rockstar. awesome.

5. and speaking of rockstar ...did we mention she plays guitar?

6. she didn't get to go to her prom, so she held an MTV contest and made some dude's dreams come true by going with him to his prom - soooo sweet!

7. and speaking of sweet, even though she's like one of the most famous people ever, her personality is so genuinely sweet, and she seems like someone who could easily be one of your real life friends.

8. she writes her own songs, so every girl can sing along to her albums feel like it's right out of our own diary.

9. she's completely in charge of her music, her image, her videos, her tour, and her entire career. on her Dateline tour special, one of her friend's said she's like a 40 year old trapped in a 19 year old's body haha. and if you watch any footage of her, she's seriously the boss of her own life. it's so cool to see such a sweet person who's also super talented, smart, creative, and such a strong woman all at the same time.

10. even though she's drop dead gorgeous, she's not afraid to dress down, to dress up silly, or to totally make a dork out of herself - see her dressed up as KISS for proof, haha.

11. she ROCKED Saturday Night Live. Most people would be terrified of SNL, but she was totally excited and prepared, and actually for reals funny!

12. she has so much confidence in herself that she could be on stage with anyone from Keith Urban to Def Leppard, or even be performing in front of the whole world, and she owns the stage.

13. taylor has become one of the biggest stars in music, and she still gets butterflies about all the amazing things she gets to experience. there isn't an ounce of jaded boredom, or apathy. we love that she truly lives and breathes and loves all the moments of her life :D.
