To us, life is about adventure, and exploring, and getting out and having fun. We love to challenge ourselves, and to step outside of our comfort zones to try new things. Whether it's a sport, a hobby, an adventure, or just an experience, we believe life is about actively living. We figure if we buzz about the tings we're excited about here, maybe we'll inspire someone else to go out and try something new too!

why we’re buzzing…

it’s finalllyyy starting to get a little sunny on the west coast, and when the sunshine comes out, we love to get out! one of our favorite ways to travel in the summertime is on an easy breezy bike ride. krissie and jenna have a little market just across the bridge from where they live, so there is no need to drive it when the sun is out… bike trip go!

now we’re not talking tour de france, lance armstrong, getting sweaty in bike shorts biking… we’re just talking about chill summertime bike cruising.

why go biking?

1. it's fun!

2. you get some fresh air

3. you get a litle bit of excercise

4. it's good for the environment

5. ...and it saves you money in the gasoline department!

when to go bike cruising...

to the store - for small trips to a close store, when you only need a few things... why drive?

to the beach - pack your towel, bring some sun block, and cruise to the beach on your beach cruiser.

to the farmer's market - nothing says summer like heading to the market, and coming back with some fresh fruit in your little bike basket.

on the river trail - grab your bff, and bike stroll along the river trail and take in some nature.

to the park - pack a picnic and bike down to a local park for a cute summertime day!

bike helmet safety tip...

even if you're not lance armstrong-ing it, wearing a helmet is still a major must do. over 85% of bike accident head injuries are preventable by simply wearing a helmet. so relax about your hair, and be a safety kid :).
