why we love it...

none of us are really city girls. we love nature and mountains, and lakes, and living in really beautiful places. we do love to visit cities though! we love the energy and excitement, and going to different cities and taking in the vibe. so cities like Seattle are awesome to us because they are cities... but they are also surrounded by the beauty of nature.

you can be in Seattle, but look around and see the Puget Sound water ways and the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. so if we go to Seattle, we can live it up in the city night lights, and still have beautiful scenery in the daylight.

what to do...

visit the Space Needle... just do it :p

it may be the most obvious thing we could possibly say, but how can you go somewhere with 360 degrees of beautiful views and not see it from 600 feet up in the sky?

seattle has a jam-packed music resume, so it's definitely worth checking out a festival or concert while you're there.

...and we're pretty sure there is an updated version of a scene straight out 'Mad Love' happening somewhere downtown, so check around the clubs and concert venues for local bands that are playing, or cool bands coming through town while you're there.

go snowboarding!

ok we don't mean go snowboarding in Seattle. there are a bunch of mountains nearby that you can get to within a few hours, so take a day to head over to Whistler, Mount Baker, Snoqualmie, Stevens Pass, or Crystal Mountain.
