Unless I have a gift certificate to another store, I shop exclusively at Target and outlet malls, with my favorite stops being Nordstrom Rack, Pac Sun Outlet, and Forever 21 Outlet. At the outlets, beggers can be choosers, which is fabulous for penniless students like myself. :) "
