Erica Dasher – so cute. big brown eyes, amaaaazing hair, and smart sass for days. irl, Erica went from southern girl in Texas, to socal where she was a USC scholar(go Trojans!), and now she’s taking Hollywood by storm as the star of Jane By Design.
it’s like the girl from Pretty In Pink, landed a job in Devil Wears Prada, and gets to wear clothes from the set of Gossip Girl. it’s got an adorable heroine, a so cute boy bff, and fab fashion… we LOVE it.
Why We're Loving Jane...
she's super smart and whitty, she's ambitious and creative, and she's totally gorgeous but doesn't know it. she's considered an "outsider" at her school, but what do they know? she's totally the kind of girl you would want to be bff's with, the girl you're inspired to be like, and the girl who's closet you seriously want to raid.
Jane's Style...
girlie, designer, trendy. since she's landed a job as a fashion assistant, she wears alot of cute business casual outfits. Jane lives for high fashion, so forget Abercrombie and Hollister. she rocks the likes of Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Betsey Johnson, and Jeffrey Campbell. Jane is a high school student and her family's finances are def limited, so it's a little iffy that she would really have any of the clothes she has - but it's TV, so we totally don't care :) .
The First Major Jane By Design Fashion Moment...
the Winter dance. i mean... is it even a question? haha. Jane whipped out her mom's old pink vintage prom dress, dolled it up with some modern touches, and we all totally died for the updated Pretty In Pink tribute. so perfect.
the pink dress from the show is a one-of-a-kind and her black belt accessory is Alexander McQueen, so we won't be getting our hands on the actual outifit anytime in this reality. but, we did do a little fashion hunting, and found some similar pink vintage prom dresses, an affordable black belt, and some fierce black heels, so you can have your own fashion moment just like Jane's.

I love Jane by Design it is the best show ever i love how all the people have a good personality and life. But what i don’t understand is , why won’t Jane go back with her old boyfriend since she loved him , like from the 7 grade.
SUCH a cute show right!?! and yeah we’re totally not sure what’s up with her current love status – we’re def not into the creepo she was dating from her work haha
