who doesn’t love jumping on trampolines?! we are cheerleaders and tumblers, so we spent a ton of time on them practicing, but we love to just get on them and bounce around for fun too!
why did we think of trampolines?
we were at a holiday festival this weekend and they had a harness trampoline and it reminded us of how freakin’ awesome they are.

you mean, aside from being crazy fun, jumping on a trampoline actually has health benefits? YES! ok, well maybe jumping on big huge trampolines is actually a little dangerous and can be bad for you, so that's not actually what we're talking about. what we are talking about, are the tiny trampolines called 'rebounders'. they are safer, low impact, and do good things for the body. trampolines are all unstable - no matter how small, and you can injure your knees or ankles, but if you use one safely, you can get a little bit healthier with one!
