it’s easy, you can do it anywhere, it’s free… and it feels good.

who needs to stretch?

if you are a dancer, an athlete, or really into any kind of physical activity, stretching can be suuuuper important for a ton of reasons. even if you are not any of those, stretching is just healthy in general, and it’s such a simple thing too!

if you take part in a sport, exercise routine, or physical activity on a regular basis, we think stretching should for sure be a basic part of your workout. it can prevent injuries, and make you better at whatever it is you do! not everybody supports stretching, but we've personally found it helps our physical fitness. always research things for yourself, and pay attention to your body. don't ever over stretch either. but, here is what stretching can do for you…

  • Improve range of motion of your joints
  • Increase flexibility of your muscles and body structure
  • Reduce soreness and muscle tension, especially muscles that are tight or worn out from heavy exercise
  • Enhance muscular coordination and get muscles used to moving in all directions
  • Warm muscles up before a workout to reduce risk of tears and pulls
