How To Boost Your Metabolism …By Eating!
we recently came across a list of metabolism boosting foods, and we realized we pretty much eat and love everything that was on it. and we also realized that you could eat for an entire day just off of what was on the list, so you could totally boost your metabolism by just eating all your meals for a day!
we pulled some of our fav’s from the list, and put together a meal plan for an entire day. so eat up, and boost that metabolism! and remember – every food and drink in the plan boosts metabolism…


breakfast
1. oatmeal with cinnamon, blueberries, and soy milk
2. a grapefruit
3. ginger tea
4. water with lemon - in fact, drink water with lemon all day long

lunch
1. spinach salad with almonds, apples, tomatoes, avocado slices, and an olive oil dressing
2. cottage cheese or yogurt
3. cold green tea
4. water with lemon

dinner
1. salmon with a natural lemon and garlic marinade
2. a side of spinach, broccoli, or beans
3. sweet potatoes
4. water with lemon
dessert
1. apples with cinnamon
2. frozen yogurt or soy ice cream
3. water with lemon
