I read a book a while ago all about how to deal with your element like how whaat makeup to wear what you should to eat, how to exersize, what calms you the most, and what kind of other elements you better interact with about your element .It alo comes with a test at the begining of the book so you know ehat element you are and im a Earth babe !!!!!!!!!!
